Applications for Foxfab FFCC-C2 Series MTS/Docking Station are found in facilities requiring, per NEC 700.3F, a permanent means to connect a temporary power source when the permanently-installed alternate power source is not available. Other applications can include the use of an FFCC-C2 MTS/Docking Station to:

  • allow convenient connection of a test load bank to a permanent generator that is not easily accessible (i.e.: roof mounted), or
  • to provide connection of a portable generator in facilities that do not have a permanently-installed generator. In this application, the integral MTS provides safe switching between the utility source and the portable generator.
